Why me – and not one of a thousand others?

These days, self-proclaimed "coaches" abound – and this is precisely what makes it so difficult for many to distinguish genuine expertise from empty promises. Unfortunately, it's a reality: Numerous providers have neither in-depth training nor an official license or any significant practical experience. Some cross the finish line themselves once and then believe they can show others the way – and quickly turn it into a business model.

 

 

My benefit:

  • Bachelor and Master of Science in Exercise Science & Health Promotion & Exercise Physiolog,

  • certified nutritionist

  • Currently: 2. Master of Arts in Training Science and Sports Nutrition

  • Solid, long-standing experience in competitive sports – both triathlon and trail running.

  • From personal experience: Successful combination of both sports at the top level

 

 

Much more important is the person behind the plan: individual requirements, goals and life circumstances.

No matter how perfect your training plan is, it's useless if it doesn't fit into your everyday life – professionally, personally, mentally.

 

I place great value on empathy, understanding, and honest, open communication. For me, coaching means working together as equals —you set the goal, and I support you on the best path to achieving it.
