Through my studies in sports science (BA and MA) and my qualification in nutritional counseling, I have acquired in-depth expertise. I am currently deepening my knowledge in my second master's program in training science and sports nutrition. I constantly keep my expertise up to date, so you can rely on scientifically sound and up-to-date findings.

ABOUT ME

I am Madlen :

  • Professional triathlete and trail runner.

  • Competitive athlete since 2017

  • 2018-2023 active track and field athlete/cross-country runner in the NCAA D1 (Florida Atlantic University, USA)

 

In addition to the active experience:

  • certified nutritionist

  • Sports scientist (B.Sc. Exercise Science and Health Promotion and MS Exercise Physiology)

  • currently Master of Arts: Training Science and Sports Nutrition.

 

I know how it is

  • Juggling work, studies, sports and family at the same time,

  • to fail physically and mentally and to make mistakes

  • but also to fight your way out again.

 

Be it sports or nutrition—it's not just a single discipline. It requires a combination and integration of external influences.

This is where I come in: I help you find your way, act according to your individual needs, and achieve your goals in a targeted and sustainable manner.
